Film Industry loses Piracy Case Against iiNet

Entertainment industry took on someone bigger then a single mother and LOST. In an attempt to raise and slam its heavy hand as a statement against piracy, logic and law has prevailed, not finding ISP provider iiNET liable for the use of their service.
