Only until recently I never considered mashed potato (or mashed potatoes) without butter. But then I starting thinking about how much butter I and everyone else I know, put inside a mashed poato. Just more and more till it was buttery and smooth.

What Color Is Healthy?
I’ve always had a thing for staying hydrated and how important it is to functioning optimally. Urine is a good indicator of how hydrated you are. Rule of thumb is, a LIGHT YELLOW color indicates you are properly hydrated.
