To what? I hear you ask.
We just spent a good 10 minutes on possible ways it may have been pronounced. No-one likes the fact that Stadium names are large corporations but this one is going to be met with some resistance. Maybe everyone will get used to it quickly, doesn’t really matter, money has been exchanged and it’s good for at least 5 years. I’m thinking some form of nickname needs to be established quickly in order to make the adjustment easier.
Ethiad is Arab’s airline. Nothing new these days though…The Arab (and Japanese) seems to be owning everything such as the banks, stadiums, scotch distilleries and stadiums (e.g. Emirates Arsenal stadium and ex-telstra dome)
