Toilet Water Anyone?

I work in an office every weekday and I’ve come to expect bathroom behaviour that I just don’t understand. My most recent example is related to drinking in the toilet and I’ve seen evidence of this on more then one occasion. In the past I’ve found coffee cups, glasses and bottles of beer around the toilet sink.
My latest involves a drinking glass in the actual cubicle. The glass placed so that when I flung open the door and walked in the glass shattered all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned up most of the larger pieces that I could see. Did someone take a glass of water into the cubicle so they could stay hydrated while defecating? Was someone cleaning up in the cubicle with a bit of water in their glass? Better then from the bowl I guess.

Maybe they have gold fish and uses the glass as a transportation mode so that the fish could be released to the sea via a toilet bowl
